One of the reasons this project came to mind is because Dr. Masaru Emoto‘s prayer groups for bodies of water had such good effect. Check out the before and after photos of water crystals produced at his event at Fujiwara Dam:

It is my hope that similar efforts can assist with the healing of our oceans and other waterways.
Healing the ocean can help heal the entire planet because water circulates through the planet via the water cycle. Water evaporates from the ocean and forms clouds. The clouds eventually become dense, and rain falls on the land. The rain waters the land, and the excess runs off into streams and rivers, which flow back to the ocean. Some water seeps deep into the ground and collects in underground water tables. Thus, by blessing the oceans, we can by extension bless the entire planet.
